The Surplus / Deficit of Teacher Posts under Govt/MP/ZP Management Schools and the Adjustment of Surplus Posts to the Deficit Schools is hereby communicated to all the DyEOs and MEOs. All should go through the instructions sent herewith carefully and attend the MEOs meeting with one DtEO or MIS along with one LAPTOP and data card as per the following schedule ( bring one set of hard copy ) and there is no exemption for MEOs. Attend the meeting compulsory.

The teachers who come under Reapportionment (Rationalization) effect should apply for transfers compulsorily.
